Day 1: Shared a video on the History of CMSA that was presented at the 2025 CMSA Conference. We have come a long way and now it is up to the next generation to continue the work leaders before you have started.
Day 2: Reminded everyone who calls themselves a Case Management about the Standards of Practice. Download YOUR copy at www.cmsa.org/sop
Day 3: I looked at the role of Case Managers in Public Policy. Get involved, when you hear disinformation, correct it and make sure you use your superpowers and VOTE in the upcoming Midterms.
Day 4: Introduced the 2026 Case Management Salary and Trends Survey. This is hot off the press. Do a google search and download the report so you are up to date on salaries and trends impacting our profession.
Day 5: I talked about the Benefits of Belonging to YOUR professional organization. Become an active member of YOUR professional Organization. Invest in yourself – you won’t be sorry!
Day 6 : CM Fellowship Program. If you are a passionate leader in the practice of case management, check out the CM Fellowship Program. Stand out and lead the practice so it can continue to help all who use our broad healthcare system.
