Social media allows us to reach out to others for ideas, comments and their thoughts…..I use it mainly as a tool to take the temperature of my friends and colleagues as I search for ideas for my writing.

To me, this picture depicts joy and I focused on the sunflower, a symbol of happiness, loyalty and resilience.
