I am on vacation with a friend from Arizona and heading for the South Jersey Shore. Even thought I live in the Fort Lauderdale FL area, I hardly ever go to the beach as it is not the same as the Jersey Shore I grew up with. Looking to enjoy the beach in Cape May NJ for a few days before heading to Philadelphia for a few days to see some of the historical sites Philadelphia is known for. Martha’s Vineyard, MA and Essex Connecticut, staying at the Griswold Inn which has been in continuous operation since 1776!
Unfortunately, I do not know when I will get back to either location.
Enjoy the sun, sand and salt air along with the sights in Philly.
England – pick a place. As a subscriber to the Royal Oak Society (the American National Trust Society) and with friends and family who live there, I always find something new and interesting to see an do!!
